Mountaintop Ranch is a ranch in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia. The Equine Center has 12 inside stalls plus 12 outside stalls, covered riding arena, horse walker, round pens, and 6 horse paddocks. 300-acres of mountain property with two rental cabins.
Trail Guide, Horse care and management, barn management, general maintenance (including bush hogging, mowing, fence repair, barn and field maintenance), hauling and stacking hay
Experienced horseman and rider, good and varied maintenance skills, must be able to drive a tractor, excellent people skills, must be organized with good time management skills, physically fit for farm work
Basic salary according to skills, 20% of trail rides given plus cash tips, housing, work truck, Kabota side-by-side available, wifi and direct TV
Studio cabin with a full kitchen, large bathroom, two closets, open living room/bedroom area, and front porch. All utilities provided.
