Nestled in South Tampa, just north of the Big Cypress National Preserve, this private facility boasts a luxury footed ring and round pen, full course of jumps, and individually fenced private paddocks. Home to junior hunters, division ponies, Eq finals qualifiers, and sales pony projects - this is a top facility with extremely high quality horses/ponies. In addition to the individual riders' goals, the ownership has desires to keep a steady string of quality sales ponies. A full A rated show schedule is expected at Fox Lea, WEF, WEC, Bob Thomas, and out of State venues.

Job Description:

We are looking for an advanced, kind, and experienced trainer/manager to lead this hunter/jumper/eq program for the client's children and a few additional clients. This trainer would lead a program for up to 10 horses through and beyond Junior Hunter Finals 2024, Pony Finals 2024, Eq Finals 2024, and begin the steps to qualify the young riders for D1 Equestrian Athletics. This is a sole-charge role, so we are depending on you to completely run the facility, pro rides, and the lesson training program. As an independent Contractor, you would set your own Schedule, manage your time Independently, and develop both equines and young riders to success. Ownership desires to be very hands off and to see their children, sales prospects, and clients succeed. This is a great opportunity if you are over running and managing your own program and facility or if you are looking to downsize. Passionate kids and parents that want to be supported on their quickly growing junior/amatuer careers. Shows, Traveling, Expenses are covered, and added benefits to really make this opportunity once in a lifetime. Currently showing in divisions like: Large Greens, Medium Greens, Regular Mediums, Division Smalls,Junior Hunter 3'3"-3'6", 11-14 Eq, 15-17 Eq, and Performance.
