Located on a picturesque mountain view, property near Scottsdale, Arizona, the facility includes an 8 horse walker, 20 acres, complete with a large 200 x 100 covered arena, box stalls, pipe stalls, Mark Bolender Designed Trail /Obstacle course, turnouts, round pen, hay barn, shop, and housing, ect.
Seeking a experienced, talented, seasoned, accomplished, horse trainer looking for smaller operation where you can take your time to build a nice solid , sound, good minded beautiful, content horse! Train horses of all ages, start young horses, finished older horse, keep all horses conditioned and show ready. Complete in breed shows, trail and obstacle challenges. Manage sales, promote brand, and impact breeding program.
Successful career in a related western discipline either such as western pleasure, ranch riding, western dressage, reining, horsemanship. Effective, positive, communicative training style. Will, desire, skills to train, solve behavioral issues, and create a solid horse for amateurs or nonpros.
