Personal Assistant to farm owner with knowledge of handling hunters and retirees to assist in the barn as needed. Ideal position for an individual with a passion for horses but looking to take a step back from long days in the barn.
Primary responsibilities include running errands for farm and owner, assisting with the care of the owner's dogs, scheduling appointments, and driving owner to and from appointments. Individual should be organized and detail oriented with a positive attitude. General barn responsibilities may include assisting in feeding, turn out, and grooming. No stalls or maintenance work. Required to have some level of horse experience, bonus if able to administer meds and drive a trailer but not required.
