Premier facility located in Ocala with top US Eventer and his family.
I have a small, but competitive program with 5-7 horses, I frequent upper level and FEI competitions in eventing, dressage and show jumping, as well as schooling shows and lessons off property. I keep an ambitious lesson program at home with a full-time instructor. The right individual is motivated and interested in partnering with me to improve the program. Expected duties are turning in/out, feedings, stalls, picking paddocks, general barn management duties and tidying. Competitive salary provided with housing allowance. This is a tight-knit, family style program based with top Eventer Will Coleman and his wife, Katie Coleman. Ideal participant is self-motivated with strong attention to detail and willing to learn what they may not already know! Must be willing to partner with me on feeding, veterinary, fitness and upper-level equine management.
Our program runs out of two premier class facilities in Florida and Virginia. Every employee and rider are expected to keep facilities clean, maintained and well-ordered and are rewarded with a friendly, collaborative environment. Well behaved pets considered.
One day off per week and 10 days of paid vacation.
