We are a Hunter/Jumper training facility that competes both on the local and national level.
Wells Bridge Farm is looking for an assistant trainer to add to our team. This job would be primarily managing the busy home program and attending local horse shows. This position would include helping with riding, occasional teaching, barn management, and horse show preparation. This position is 6 days a week and salary is commiserate with experience. We are looking for a self starter who enjoys developing training relationships with both horse and rider. We have an excellent training team, and we are looking for the right individual to complete that team. Living accommodations are available if that is desired. Horse board and training can be included as part of the benefit package based on situation.
Must have a valid driver's license
Must have experience riding as a hunter/jumper
Must have experience with teaching
Housing with living expenses covered (water, electricity, trash, cable, internet) optional
Board/training on personal horse optional
