Free Ride Equestrian is opening a retail cabin at WEC Ocala. We are searching for a retail Store Manager to be responsible for the overall store management. We are looking for someone that will be outgoing and interactive with customers and ambitious with meeting sales goals. We are looking for an individual that is familiar with our brand and will stay up to date with our product lines and sizing. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background as an equestrian with retail experience, and excellent customer service skills.
Meet sales goals by engaging in customers as they enter the store.
Educate themselves on our Free Ride Equestrian Brand.
Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Report on buying trends, customer needs so we can keep the retail space stocked.
