This person should be warm and inviting, and have a vested interest in the clients and their horses as individuals. While the ability to expand the skillset into other aspects of the clinic's operations (billing, record keeping, some hands-on work, etc) is present, this person needs to be comfortable and enthusiastic in understanding that the main responsibility of their role is, and will continue to be, client interactions.
