Job Description
Hilltop is seeking an experienced dressage groom to be based in Maryland year-round with some weekend travel to both local and out-of-state USDF/USEF shows. The position primarily works with a string of 10-12+ horses ranging from young horses being started undersaddle to FEI competition horses and includes mares, geldings, and stallions. Applicant must be experienced with show grooming, possess solid horse handling skills, enjoy working in fast-paced, team environment, and have a valid US driver’s license. Preference for applicants with young horse/stallion experience. Duties include grooming, tacking/untacking, serving as the ground person for young horse starting, clipping, braiding, wrapping, administering basic therapies, etc. Position is a 6-day work week.

Sporthorse Experience (dressage preferred)
Valid US Driver's License
Ability to bend, squat, and lift 50+ lbs frequently
