About The Facility
This position is responsible for coordinating Lovelane’s Therapeutic Horseback Riding Lessons, Unmounted Programs and Group Partnerships throughout the year in collaboration with the Program Team. This position supports the functions of Program Director in all daily tasks and program needs. This is a part-time, non-exempt 25 hour week (regular part-time) position. The position reports directly to the Program Director and has no direct reports.

Job Description
Coordinate existing student registrations for each session: Summer, Fall & Spring.
Coordinate new student admissions for Summer, Fall & Spring sessions; including initial communications with families, processing admissions paperwork and online forms, and coordinating lesson schedules for instructors and families.
Coordinate existing Adjunct Programs: Barn Buddies, Horse Care Academy, SOL, Horsemanship Workshops, Find Your Stride, Carrot Club, Cotting, Perkins, and Recreational Riding.
Coordinate with the Program Director on enrollment deadlines. Report back to the Program Director regularly on adjunct program status.
Foster new relationships/partnerships with other outside schools and organizations to create new Adjunct Programs.
Market and fill any openings we have in our Unmounted Programs and Horsemanship Workshops.
Serve as the primary liaison to instructors and families.
Coordinate annual Celebration Week.
Assist in lessons as needed.
Work with the Volunteer Coordinator to ensure all of Lovelane’s programs have sufficient volunteer coverage.
Assist Program Director in the Program Office with tasks and/or projects as needed.
Greet anyone who comes to Lovelane and help with whatever they need or direct them to the person they are looking for.
Help maintain a clean, organized office area, family viewing room and therapy room.
Job Requirements
Requirements and Skills Needed:
Have a Bachelor's Degree
Strong computer skills including proficiency with Google Workspace, Salesforce Database and Constant Contact.
Must have exceptional attention to detail and be highly organized.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to keep track of the status of multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and organize workload.
Meet deadlines.
Must work collaboratively and foster a team environment.
Be proactive.
Must have experience working with people with disabilities.
25 hours must include hours worked either Saturday or Sunday.
Experience working with horses is preferred, but not required.
