About The Facility
We have been in the pony business for 20 years, standing top quality stallions. We also show on the line and bring along young pony hunters. My husband drives and FEI Team of horses . Family owned and operated faciltily that specializes in training and breeding.
Job Description
We are looking for someone who is looking for a long term position and wants to put the care of the animals first. You would be working with stallions, broodmares and young stock, we also have training ponies so if you have an ability to ride there could be riding opps as well.We also have FEI driving horses but driving experience not necessary. Someone who likes diversity, is hard working and dependable. Experience is a must. All aspects of daily barn chores plus Ability to groom, clip, bathe , bandage etc. Ability to drive a horse trailer a plus!! Room for growth with this job, someone who can take charge and make sure things are done would be ideal
Job Requirements
Dependable, honest, put the horses care above everything else. Ability to bathe , clip, groom, bandage, pull manes, clip etc. And comfortable working around stallions and young stock.
Description of Housing Provided
We offer a large camper that is nearly new on site to start. A stipend towards off farm housing is a possibility for someone looking to stay long term.
