National Equine Transportation Company Hiring in Lexington, KY
Job Description
Front office customer service person needed Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm with 1 hr lunch break. Courteous and friendly disposition required as this employee will spend a lot of time interacting with clients over the phone and in person. Long term goal of this position is to grow into a more self sufficient team member that is able to handle scheduling and dispatching on their own. Team player personality with vast equine knowledge and very comfortable knowledge of Ocala area. Previous transport/driver or farm manager/trainer types welcome!

Hours approx. 45-50 hours per week, overtime paid for hours over 40.
Job Requirements
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen, background check and be legal to work in the United States.

Candidate must be proficient in computers with Microsoft Office products and basic email abilities. Quickbooks knowledge also necessary. Main duties to begin will require phone answering, taking detailed messages, and communicating with other employees regarding the shipping of horses to and from specific locations. Eventually the position will require dispatch duties- discussing routes with drivers, owners, etc. Other basic clerical duties may apply, to possibly including billing, handling equine travel papers, meeting haulers, speaking with owners and trainers, etc.
