Experienced riding instructor to teach beginner level lessons in English and Western disciplines. Comfortable teaching multiple age groups, able to help riders advance in their skills, while ensuring the safety of both horses and riders.
Show and past training experience is not required but should have a great understanding of riding fundamentals and equine science.
The Pine Hill Ranch is a state of the art riding academy, located in Central Arkansas. Specializing in teaching riding lessons, special equestrian events such as trail rides and family parties. We also pride ourselves in being a place in our community that provides an opportunity at an equestrian lifestyle.
Position will report to head lesson instructor and program director. Needs to have availability in the evening and weekends. New hire will be a part of a small team of instructors that share barn responsibilities and must provide outstanding customer service.
