Busy Lesson facility looking for that special BM who will help take care of our horses, manage our Yard Staff, interact nicely with our great Team and our customers.
Oversee the welfare and workload of our horses and ponies, order supplies, ensure that the property looks good and upkept at all times, positively interact with our staff and assign jobs and check their timely completion.
Dedication, charismatic and upbeat personality, not afraid to make a hands-on commitment as needed. Someone that has done that, been there and takes pride in her/his work. Someone that leads by example and does not waste time sharing lengthy personal stories about themselves but just gets the job done. one.
Very competitive salary, option to choose a 5 days or 6 days week or alternate. Yearly paid vacation and holidays, bonuses, accommodations, possibility for additional income, possibility for companion pet and own horse(s), etc...etc... ,
Your own suite in a nearby house shared by a couple of Team Members.. No noise or interference from the horses. All appliances, W/D included,
