We do not issue refunds.
We bill on a reoccurring basis and send a notice via email five days before your subscription renews. You may contact us via phone or email to discontinue your account and stop the billing process. By entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation and authorize www.equistaff.com to levy such charges.
You must provide current, detailed and accurate billing information. This agreement will remain in full force and effect while you are a member of www.equistaff.com.
