          1. Equistaff, Inc./ acts as a passive conduit for the online distribution and publication of user-submitted information and has no obligation to screen communications or information in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring material posted by users.
            1. If notified by a user of communications which are false, Equistaff, Inc./ may investigate the allegation and determine in good faith and its sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of the communication.
              1. Equistaff, Inc./ has no liability or responsibility to users for performance or non-performance of using our services.
                1. Equistaff, Inc./ reserves the right to expel users and prevent their further access to the website for violating the Terms of Use or the law and the right to remove communications which are abusive, illegal, or disruptive.
                  1. You may become a member of this service by registering and subscribing for a recurring fee. Please see our membership plans for current rates. Our listed rates are part of this Agreement. If you are finished with the hiring process and done with the subscription, you may terminate your membership by doing so after logging into your account and terminating your service. Your account will not automatically be deactivated at the end of your current billing cycle/subscription. All subscriptions automatically renew. We do not issue refunds. Please notify Equistaff support if you have questions regarding your account.

We bill on a recurring basis and send a notice via email five days before your subscription renews.  By entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation and authorize to levy such charges. If assistance is needed deactivating your account contact Equistaff immediately before your account is due to renew.  If Equistaff is contacted after charges have been applied to your account, refunds will not occur.

                        2. Contacting an Employer or Job Seeker – All correspondence between Candidate and Employer are confidential and such communications shall not be exploited by EQUIstaff.
                        3. EQUIstaff does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services you have requested, when we have your permission.

                          When paying for subscriptions, features, or advertisements your credit card number, name and address are transmitted over a secure connection using a third-party online payment gateway.

                          Data transmission via the internet is always a risk and should be acknowledged any time payments are submitted through the World Wide Web. EQUIstaff takes extra measures to protect its customers and is Trustwave secure. EQUIstaff does not warrant that your information will be completely secure and information submitted is at your own risk.
